Coach Supervision
Creating space to explore, reflect and see your coaching through fresh eyes.
As a CSA-accredited Coach Supervisor, I provide a reflective, collaborative space for you to explore your coaching work, wellbeing and professional growth.
Supervision isn’t about oversight, it’s a place to pause, learn and see your work from new or different perspectives.
Why supervision matters
In our sessions, we’ll explore what’s happening in your coaching practice, moments that challenge, inspire or leave you curious or perplexed. Together we reflect, reframe and learn in ways that strengthen both your confidence and your client impact.
Supervision helps you:
- Deepen learning and self-awareness
- Explore ethical questions and boundaries safely
- Reconnect with purpose and motivation
- Maintain professional standards and self-care
I’ve been engaging in supervision myself since 2009, I wouldn’t practice as a coach without it. It keeps me reflective and grounded, and I bring that same mix of warmth, honesty and challenge to my clients.
If you’d like to explore a supportive, collaborative and stretching supervision relationship, let’s have a chat.
“Working with Julia as my coach supervisor is a fundamental part of my practise. Sessions are often fun, often challenging, but Julia is one of my biggest supporters. She brings insight, challenge and care. I leave our sessions feeling clearer and more confident in my practise.”
