I’m Julia Henderson, an EMCC Senior Practitioner Executive Coach, CSA-accredited Coach Supervisor and Leadership Facilitator with an MA in Psychological Coaching.
Beyond the qualifications, I’m a leader who’s been where you are and a coach who continually develops. I’ve navigated complex change, experienced leadership transitions, faced the uncertainty and learned that the most powerful shifts happen when we take time to pause, reflect and act with intention.
Clients choose to work with me because I’m experienced, calm under pressure, deeply curious and not afraid to say what needs to be said. I take time to understand people and organisations, the context, challenges and culture. This enables me to develop and offer thoughtful, flexible solutions that fit.
I instinctively know when to guide, when to challenge and when to step back. I genuinely love my work and see every client relationship as a privilege, a chance to help someone rediscover their confidence and lead with authenticity.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors experimenting in the garden or walking by the sea, quietly reading or journalling bringing the same curiosity and creativity to my life that underpins my way of working.
